The Methylation 3 has been a life saver with my mthfr issues and I don’t want to be without it!

NOT for slow COMT, misleading

This would be a great product I'm sure, but if you have slow COMT it is not safe for you, even though I was told it was safe for slow comt and though the description says good for comt, I've been taking it for months and began getting horrible panic attacks and depression out of no where, because I've been taking this and it is not methyl free, and makes it seem like it's safe for all comts, snd if i remember right, i believe i was told it was methyl free. No hate to the company whatsoever, but Please make it more clear it's not safe for ALL types of comt.

Very happy with product

I'm on day 28 of using this product and I gotta say there has a been a difference in my sleep. I feel more restful in the morning and I don't have headaches. My anxiety has gone way down. I ve gone from daily panic attacks to maybe 1 or 2 every other week. The roller coaster thoughts that I use to have (I would think about the same thing over and over, I suspect it's OCD but never looked into it) has decreased significantly. All in all, i'm very happy with your product.
