MTHFR and PURE COQ100
TECH TALK!, Amy explains how PURE COQ100 works...
Pure COQ is a medical grade version of COQ10 and it’s pure enough to meet the requirements of someone who has MTHFR. COQ10 is a critical co factor to running the metabolic cycle. The metabolic cycle takes place within the mitochondria and this cycle is the main producer of our energy and our detoxifiers. The mitochondrial cycle has three main cofactors that are needed to support the process of energy production. The beginning stage of the cycle relies on vitamin B12, the middle stage relies on a specific form of COQ10, and the last stage relies on using Folate Reductase to reduce the vitamin Folate. COQ10 is an essential step in the cycle, which is why it’s important to make sure your body is getting enough of it.
Signs of a COQ10 deficiency:
Chronic Fatigue Chronic Pain Exhaustion Low Energy Brain fog Lack of focus/concentration High blood pressure
Why we recommend Pure COQ Supreme:
Supports energy production and boosts energy levels Aids in mitochondrial function Supports the production and breakdown of neurotransmitters Supports heart health Supports the nervous system Supports the immune system Supports healthy aging Reduces Free Radicals Reduces inflammation
What is it? (Transcript from video)
All right, let's talk about COQ10, and very specifically this product which is Pure COQ.
It is a medical grade version of COQ10, and you could see the MTHFR family on the logo, meaning it's pure enough to meet the requirements of somebody that has MTHFR. If you wanna know more about the technical needs of COQ10 in somebody that has MTHFR, so why most MTHFR folks feel better on COQ10 than off, stay tuned for the technical note.
Tech Talk (Transcript from video)
All right, let's geek out on COQ10, and my favorite is this product over here, Pure COQ. You can probably see it has the MTHFR Family over there basically saying it's clean enough and pure enough for somebody that has MTHFR. Let's talk technical about COQ10, and why it's the critical cofactor to run the metabolic cycle. So what we're talking about here is in the mitochondria, it's the cycle that ultimately produces energy, detoxifiers, including methylation. And there's three cofactors that are required to run that, there are a number of cofactors, but three to become really important for us when MTHFR is in the mix.
So the cycle starts out, and is very reliant on B12, in the middle, the cycle requires a specific form of COQ10, and then finally folate reductase is used to reduce the vitamin folate. All right, so we've spoken in a previous video about this product over here, pure methylation. So if you think about the mitochondria, and part one and part three, so B12 and reduced folate, this is your product over here. Still right in the middle of the mitochondria is COQ, and so again I like the fact that this product is so highly absorbable. If you listen to the vitamin D video, we were talking about fat-soluble vitamins, COQ10 is fat-soluble, so if you didn't catch over there, let me tell you here. Anytime you're having a fat-soluble vitamin, make sure you take it with fatty foods, so vitamins A, D, E, K, and COQ10 as you're taking them make sure you have them with something in your stomach, or that you're eating something with it at the same time.
